About Us

We have been planting food plots and improving the habitat on our own properties for over 20 years.  Believe me, we have planted food plots the “hard way” and experienced the frustrations that are common for most hunters; such as seed that does not grow or make it through our winters.

We began an intensive QDM (Quality Deer Management) and habitat plan on our property in 2000.  As more neighbors joined us and sought our advise, we found ourselves in a position to assist them and others with our knowledge.  Today, this cooperative effort has grown to over 2,000 acres!  We are currently managing over 4,000 acres in Washington County and have clients throughout New York and Vermont.

As interest in QDM has increased, we have developed into a full service company, providing a complete line of seed, equipment, habitat services and management plans.  We work closely with government agencies to obtain funding for many habitat projects.

Our education continues through the QDMA Deer Steward Program, and we anticipate many of our properties being certified as well.
